Lin Feng (Founder)



Mr. Lin Feng, who graduated from the University of Engineering in 2013 for many years, resolutely chose to take the entrepreneurial path of automobile intelligent anti-theft products. As he was fond of studying electronic technology applications since he was a child, and has professional in-depth analysis and research on reverse engineering. In July 2015, Mr. Lin Feng formed an energetic team, formally established the Lonsdor company, and located the office in Shenzhen, a coastal city with rapid technological development and abundant information resources.


In the testing phase of the products, Mr. Lin Feng and the core team members are often busy until three or two a.m. in the morning, just like other start-up teams. In order not to be blocked by competitors in Western countries, it took him ten months to successfully develop the exclusive smart key programmer K518 which can work with the FT car series.

In 2016, K518 sold well in European, American, and Japanese markets after its launch. Many overseas distributors sent congratulatory messages. The sales department has repeatedly achieved good results, and the innovation achievements of the R&D department are even more amazing. The blank automotive back-end consumer market was quickly filled by Lonsdor's independent R&D and production. Mr. Lin Feng told himself, “I have always focused on original R&D and manufacturing, and have been deeply involved in the industry for decades. I have read a lot of books and am good at thinking for practice. What I want is to create more possibilities for China's automotive technology civilization”.



Technology Innovation



In 2020, affected by the international situation and COVID-19, the global "chip panic" began to worsen, and chip shortages have not yet eased. The demand for chips in product manufacturing in the automotive back-end technology field is also increasing, and a series of Lonsdor products are facing the problem that there are orders out of stock, and the production capacity cannot keep up with the market demand. Mr. Lin Feng once locked himself in the lab and tried to find the answer in the book. He never stopped thinking and practicing, even though he always overturned one theory after another. He firmly told himself, “as long as we break through the bottleneck of chip technology and solve the problem of lack of chips, we can catch up with the Western counterparts, realize the desire for chip freedom, and produce intelligent products with more stable performance for automobile security industry”.

Make Good Use of Talents



Nowadays, Lonsdor has grown from a small entrepreneurial team of three to a team of 100 people. Mr. Lin Feng's desire and respect for talents are like his desire and respect for knowledge. He said with a smile, “although the company is not big, there are many outstanding engineers, who account for 60% of the total number of employees in the company, and most of them are from domestic key universities”. 


In fact, compared to team management, Mr. Lin put more emphasis on product development. He smiled bitterly and said, “the development of an enterprise is like leading a team to fight. From the start-up stage to the mature stage, each stage has a different contradiction. The fundamental contradiction facing Lonsdor at this stage is technological innovation and chip shortage problems.
